Regardless of your financial situation, the Buckeye Valley Family YMCA will work as your partner. If the full cost of a Y membership creates a financial barrier, you may apply for financial assistance. All Y members receive the same membership benefits, regardless of the support needed. All financial information remains confidential.

Additional Information Needed

If we are unable to instantly confirm assistance, don’t worry, you can use our standard process. To utilize our standard process, you’ll need:

  • A copy of last year's federal tax return (Form 1040)

If you did not file Federal Taxes or Household Income has changed, please bring proof of income, for example;

  • Disability check stub
  • Two current pay stubs
  • Social Security check stubs
  • Death Benefits
